Npower Releases Solution to Payment Backlog, Device Collection With Success Story at npower.gov.ng

The Npower team had release her success story of the NPVN network for the 2016 Beneficiaries of the Npower scheme, and also gave responsive answers to questions raised by volunteer especially on the solution to payment backlog of backlog issue experienced by some of its members across the nation, Npower device collection, 2017 Npower list and other relates issues with clever and good answers.

The Npower team also believes in direct communication of reaching to its beneficiaries across the nation with Afolabi always holding it down.

Dear 2016 Beneficiaries:

If you are experiencing payment issues, kindly identify which of these categories you fall into and rectify your issues before the 16th of October. If we have told you your issue, please spend less time arguing and hurry to rectify the problem.

There are some of you who can’t be paid backlog because your accounts cannot take beyond a certain amount so backlog of a few months is returned.

You have to be persistent to ensure that your issue is dealt with at your bank. Address it now.

NPower Payment Status – 2016 Beneficiaries

  1.  There are currently 182,347 qualified volunteers.
  2. Only 173,046 volunteers are able to receive payments.

For those unable to receive payments:

  1. 5,520 qualified beneficiaries are without account records on their NPVN profile
  2.  684 beneficiaries have ‘’Know Your Customer’’ issues between the volunteer and bank i.e expired IDs, Account dormancy, recently closed accounts, transactions are not permitted
  3.  2656 qualified beneficiaries with BVN unlinked to provided Account Numbers
  4.  190 qualified beneficiaries have invalid account numbers/invalid BVN
  5.  107 qualified beneficiaries have NAME mismatch issues

If you are having payment issues, you will be given till the 16th of October, 2017 to sort it out at your end. Please take this seriously.

Below are Some Important Issues Raised by Volunteer with Response from Npower Team

Issue:

Volunteer: I’ve done all that needed to be done concern my payment issues. I started receiving my stipend June, July, August and September. Still yet to received my backlog from December to may making it 6 months backlog. My NPVN status is showing verified. The bank account I provided as no issue stated above. Please I urge your team to do something about my backlog payment. Thanks

Npower Okay. Be sure that your account can receive sums above 100,000
Issue:
Volunteer: Npower Team, it’s very appalling that President Mohammadu Buhari is fighting corruption but Ebonyi State representatives (those in charge of the Npower) are busy extorting #2,000 per Volunteer before issuing the said Device. In a similar case, each Volunteer also pays #300-#400 per month, in which they call monthly clearance.
Please, if you people are not getting share from the #2,000 they are extorting, then you people should send delegates to Ebonyi State so that those thieves should be brought to book. 

Above all, I suggest that you people should liaise with the bank manager of the Volunteers’ respective banks and ship those Devices to the Volunteer’s bank for easy disbursing and transparency.

NpowerWhen Afolabi Imoukhuede was in Ebonyi a few months back, he addressed the issue of paying money monthly. He stated clearly that it was illegal. Are they still collecting money?
As for the device collection, please don’t pay anyone. We will address this.

Volunteer: Thanks for the info.my wife was asked to links her bvn with her account on 28 /8/2017 through sms which she did and sent to support desk which the acknowledged and that the are processing it.sir is she affected by this notice?

NpowerPlease have her go to her bank to ensure it has been done.
Issue:
Volunteer: I have received 4 months and still have outstanding backlog of 5months please how can we get it?
Response:
NpowerPlease check to ensure that your account can take the backlog of 4 months together.
Issue:
Volunteer: Beneficiaries 2016 batch A in delta that choose techno hv nt collected their device.According 2 MTN warri office no more device 4 us
Response:
NpowerNo one can say there are no devices for you sir.
It may not have been shipped in yet to that Center. Please be patient. You will get it.
Issue:
Volunteer: Npower team, you are too sloppy in dealing with 2017 applicants. It doesn’t speak well of u to leave ppl in suspense nd. Be bold enough to tell them the truth. Wonder when ur next week will come.

NpowerNothing has been said that should be described as sloppiness.
You were informed that the selection would “likely” take place at the end of September. That suggests a 50-50 thing.
